Faintech Solutions SRL („Faintech”), the operator of the e-furnizori.ro platform, is committed to ensuring the accessibility of its online services for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes the current state of conformance with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act) and the EN 301 549 standard.
The e-furnizori.ro platform is designed to conform to the EN 301 549 standard („Accessibility requirements suitable for public procurement of ICT products and services”) and the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. Current status: partially compliant. Automated and manual checks (portfolio audit of 16 August 2026 and daily automated sweeps) have confirmed that WCAG 2.1 Level A success criteria are met for the platform's main components. A full EN 301 549 audit has not yet been performed; we are working on scheduling it and will update this statement once it is completed.
